Pilates Dance Fusion
Enjoy an easy-to-follow cardio class that creatively
blends low-impact moves and simple ballet with standing Pilates-based toning. The rhythmic flow provides ample time in the fat-burning zone. Floor calisthenics continue to target the "core" and strengthen primary muscles. A graceful stretch elongates muscles, open joints, and provides a soothing class finale.
Total Workout
This class has the perfect blend of aerobic and weight-bearing exercise. The goal of a workout class is to strengthen and tone your body while improving your balance, stamina and posture. Low-impact aerobics followed by work with weights, bands and balls. Class concludes with abdominal work, stretch and relaxation. An intermediate level class.
Easy Workout
This is a gentle, slow-paced workout class.
Muscle Conditioning
Weight training improves muscle mass, sculpts the body, increases bone density and may lower cholesterol levels. Studies show it may also have a positive effect on cholesterol levels. Hand and ankle weights, bars, balls and bands are used to increase resistance and strengthen the body. Personal attention is given to each individual’s progress. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Easy Muscle Conditioning
A gentle muscle conditioning class for beginners, lapsed exercisers and seniors.
Zumba
An exciting and invigorating combination of aerobics and Latin dance. Strengthen your core, while dropping pounds
and inches, with the movements of mambo, salsa, cumbia and even a few swirls of belly dancing. A wonderful combination of fitness and fun!

Yoga/Stretch
Controlled exercises performed in a relaxing atmosphere
are designed to help to strengthen the back and abdominal muscles, increase range of motion, improve posture and reduce stress. Personal attention is given to those with
special conditions.
Yoga/Pilates
Enjoy this mind / body workout that combines the strengthening techniques of Pilates and the calming relaxation of yoga. A complete workout that safely stretches and tones your body while strengthening your core and increasing your flexibility and balance. A wonderful introduction to both yoga and Pilates.
Pilates
This class isolates deep core muscles in the abdomen and back, strengthening the spine and restoring natural posture and alignment. Pilates tones and elongates muscles without adding bulk, improving mobility and athletic performance. Suitable for all levels.
Tai Chi
Tai chi is an ancient Chinese art promoting holistic health. Slow, flowing movements, combined with deep breathing
and mental imagery, enhance the flow of energy (chi) through your body. Integrating mind and body, tai chi is effective at relieving stress. It also creates balance, strength, flexibility and calmness.

Ballet
For those who believe it is never too late to dance! Experience the joy and discipline of classical ballet, including barre and centre work, with an introduction to jumps and turns. Section 02 for intermediate dancers.
Rhythm Tap
Find your groove, with a relaxed intermediate tap class emphasizing rhythm and style. For those with some tap experience and knowledge of fundamentals, this class will build technique and musicality in a fun and laid-back atmosphere. Material will include exercises and combinations to swing, blues, Latin, and other rhythmic music. Tap shoes recommended.
Lunchtime Tap
Dance away your lunch hour, learning basic elements and
new tap combinations to the rhythms of swing, blues, soul, zydeco and Dixieland. Keep the beat with your feet while
you increase your heart rate and build lower body strength. The best lunch break in town!
Kid's Tap
Tap dance for kids of all ages, taught by Rose, who has years of experience teaching children to tap dance. Kids will learn new tap steps, play rhythm games and improvise to different music and rhythms. Parent participation is encouraged.
